番薯年糕 Sweet Potato Nian Gao

Sweet potatoes nian gao
Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes (orange) 500g
Santan(1 1/2) 500g
Sugar 250g
Tapioca flour 300g
A pinch of salt

Method:
Steam d sweet potatoes until cooked.
Put all d ingredients into a blender .
Blend until smooth.
Oiled d pan n put into d steamer.
Once d water in d steamer is boiling.reduce d flame to medium flame.
Steam for 40-45mins or until a skewer comes out clean when poke into d center of d nian gao.
